What is your return policy?

All of our products listed are made to order and are not eligible to be returned.
All of our items go through a quality control check before leaving the studio. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a product if you believe an item is faulty, if 48 hours have passed since your order has been received we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. Buyer must pay for registered return postage so we cannot be held responsible for missing items.

What is your dispatch time?

Paige Elizabeth is a handmade to order brand, all of our items have a lead time of up to 7-10 days (Monday to Friday) to be dispatched from our studio. Please allow extra few working days if your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday Monday.

Do you do bespoke orders?

A shipment confirmation will be sent out once your order has left our studio with the tracking information. Please allow an extra working day if your order is sent on a Saturday. Please see out Shipping Info page for more information


UK Delivery: 

Royal Mail 1st class  £3.55

Royal mail 2nd class. £3.00

Royal Mail Signed for 1st class  £4.55



International delivery:

All items are posted with Royal Mail International Standard Service, please allow up to a week for this service. We can't help items being stuck in customs. We cannot be held responsible for any country customs charges, the customer is responsible for paying these upon delivery.
